The job offers a lot of prospects to grow as a writer and content editor. We need to start with product descriptions, but then we will move swiftly to more creative content, like how-to guides, reviews, comparisons, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing detailed bilingual product descriptions, with accurate information, that is engaging and interesting to read
• Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics
• Conducting keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

Key Skills Required

• Nationality: Saudi
• Native Arabic Speaker with Excellent writing skills in Arabic & English
• High level of creativity
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• Proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads
• Ability to use data-driven insights to write better material
• Detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cash collection of a designated customer portfolio using our software which includes contacting the customer by e-mail and phone to secure payment and resolve billing disputes while providing professional services with each customer.
• Responsible for problem solving any customer issues with the customer while ascertaining the nature and reason behind the payment concerns or disputes.
• Escalate problems or concerns to supervisor in order to secure approval for any non-routine concerns/solutions.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager on a permanent or temporary basis.
• Ability to understand and meet monthly goals and targets as set by Management.

Key Skills Required

Ekuep is currently looking for entry level Quality Assurance Interns to join our pretty awesome Technology team! And by "pretty awesome," we mean totally awesome!

As a member of our QA intern program, you’ll first attend a 1-2 weeks QA Bootcamp designed to teach you the basics of testing and quality assurance. You’ll be embedded within an existing project development team to work on real releases.

Once you’ve completed our bootcamp, your internship will begin! You will be responsible for creating and executing tests on several different websites and products. You will have the opportunity to work directly with project managers, business analysts, product managers, and developers at every phase of the software development life cycle on high traffic, public-facing products.

At the same time, you’ll continue to receive mentoring in software quality assurance methodologies, software engineering paradigms, and software test automation. You will be exposed to a variety of web development languages, architectures, and revenue generation models. A QA internship at Ekuep offers the skills and experience needed to succeed in IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and executing tests on websites and web-based products
• Developing and executing automated test scripts
• Identifying issues and generating issue reports
• Reproducing customer-reported issues
• Assisting developers with issue analysis
• Verification of patches and bug fixes
• Interfacing closely with project managers, programmers, and QA engineers
