With its unmistakable transparent sides, the Naked Café Racer allows you to see its powerful heart of pure stainless steel. The chassis is a sturdy frame with a functional design, supporting and enhancing the essence of the coffee machine. The Naked Café Racer is available in 2 finishes: black and steel. Both available with some components in black or red.

SOFT PRE-INFUSION
Flowactive System: Allows control with 0.1-second tolerance of the flow of water and pre-infusion time. This system is essential to bringing out the full flavors and aromas of your beans. The Cafe Racer will properly and evenly douse your coffee grounds to ensure an even, flawless extraction. You can program 4 different profiles for each group.

SYSTEM PARAMETERS DISPLAY
System digital display to control all the working parameters: pressure, temperature, and water levels are constantly monitored by high-precision electronic sensors, which immediately show real-time values and volumes with absolute reliability. The display is also a handy programming interface for the maintenance technician.
MULTI BOILER SYSTEM
Maximum thermal stability of the machine guaranteed in all its functions thanks to the efficiency of the Sanremo multi boiler system. Which it contains: 1 L boiler per group, 1 L Preheat boiler, 8 L Dedicated steam boiler.
LIGHTED AND ADJUSTABLE WORKSURFACE
Innovative Sanremo "All in One" suspension system that allows cups of different shapes and heights, and led lighting of the work surface allows efficient working in any condition of environmental lighting, the Naked version also includes an internal LED light.
ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM
This machine is one of the Sanremo Energy Efficient Range boast next-generation technology and features that improve both performance and energy efficiency. Sanremo Cafe Racer uses embedded PID, energy management software, with boiler and pipework insulation to significantly reduce power consumption.
