Pitco 4-SG18C-S/FD Solstice Gas 4 Well Fryer with Computer Controls and Filter Drawer

The Pitco 4-SG18C-S/FD has 4 frypots and has an oil capacity of 32 to 41 kg (70 to 90 lbs), so you can cook up large amounts of food per batch. It comes with a 1/3 HP heavy-duty motor and pump assembly and its filter pan guide assembly is made of polished stainless steel. 

This gas fryer has a high flow pump and large return lines, making oil refill times faster. It is built with a large curved downspout drain, which virtually eliminates splashing and swivels for oil disposal. Its standard accessories include filter powder and fryer cleaner sample packets, filter paper envelope sample packet (18-1/2” x 20-1/2”), a cleaning brush, a fryer scoop and a filter scoop. 

The 4-SG18C-S/FD is designed with a drain valve interlock and comes with other features such as matchless ignition, stainless steel tank and an under-fryer drawer filtration. Its welded heavy-duty stainless steel filter pan is mounted on two rigid casters for easy pan alignment and removal. It also comes with a large filter media area for filtering heavily breaded products. Its pan stabilizer legs are specially designed to allow ease of movement over rubber mats.

For the ease of assembly and disassembly, this gas fryer is made with self-aligning filter piping. Its larger 3” (7.6 cm) drain line allows for faster draining without clogging. The removable filter pickup assembly is designed to be lightweight and with a built-in handle for fast media cleaning under busy conditions. Its large filter media collects more debris, which extends time between oil changes.-0 

The unit’s filter pan lid attaches to cabinet for ease of use and its filter system can handle longer oil polishing duty cycles. All assembly parts of the filter are self-integrated, with no loose parts to be misplaced. Large curved downspout drain virtually eliminates splashing and swivels for oil disposal.
