Prepare high quality fried meals and extend the quality of your frying oil with the FMJ250 gas fryer from Frymaster. This gas fryer comes with with filtration and digital controllers and a 1/3 HP motor. It has an open-pot design that is easy to clean. Each of the two stainless steel frypots has a capacity of 25 liters, giving FMJ250 a total of 50 liters oil capacity. Aside from the frypot, the fryer’s doors and cabinets are also made of stainless steel. 

The FMJ250 gas fryer’s filtration system is engineered to extend the life of your frying oil and to ensure the quality of your fried products. It comes with features that make it easy to use and easier servicing. It also gives you the ability to use three different filter mediums with one pan.

The fryer comes with a Master Jet burner system that distributes heat evenly for heat exchange efficiency and quick recovery. It is also designed with a fast-action temperature probe that is very reliable, along with a deep cold zone. Its push-button ignitor makes it easy to start up the fryer. The fryer’s filter cycle is completed in less than 5 minutes. It uses gravity to drain oil into the filter pan, which leaves drain lines free of residual oil. 

FMJ250 is designed to be convenient and to help you save space and energy. It is designed with a lightweight and large capacity filter pan for easy removal. The filter pan is made on rails to clear floormats and to give you ample cleaning space when your remove the filter pan. The oil pick-up tube are made with bigger diameter to help prevent clogging.

The unit includes 1 box of 25-piece prepackaged applications of filter powder, 1 box of 25 sheets filter paper, stainless steel crumb tray, castors and covers, clean out rod and an EZ spark ignition with battery included.
