Have a crystal clear water available for your domestic needs with the Aqua-Pure™ APUV2 Ultraviolet Light System from 3M. This system helps reduce bacteria and viruses found in potable water by providing maximum UV light exposure in a wide range of flow rates.
Its electronic ballast features open-loop current control, detachable power cord, audible alarm, and power-on indicator, which runs smoother, creates less heat and is able to handle variances in power supply without shutting down the unit.
This light system is made with a compact design that incorporates polished 304 stainless steel reactor chambers, good for laboratory or medical applications. The system allows for both under the sink and whole-house applications. The UV lamps can be changed on the fly, without the need to disconnect the water flow.
3M’s Aqua-Pure™ APUV2 can be used in both points of entry and point of use applications. This system ensures that 99.9% disability of bacteria and viruses to reproduce in your water at a flow rate of 2 GPM. APUV2 requires a minimum 5-micron filtration prior to the UV system.
The APUV2 comes with high output, low-pressure mercury vapor lamps with high isolation design that is easy to service. Its various flow rates accommodate a variety of applications from point of use drinking water systems to the whole house. Made of premium, high-quality materials, providing you with the optimum conditions for consistent performance.
