Use great quality water for your tea, coffee, espresso, or cold beverage by using 3M’s ScaleGard™ HP Reverse Osmosis System. With the Pre-Filter cartridge containing the Integrated Membrane Pre-Activated Carbon Technology (IMPACT) media, this system can reduce chlorine/chloramines in the water to help address corrosion issues and protect the unit’s RO membrane. Provided with a “smart” diagnostic indicator, the operator will receive an alert whenever the system requires maintenance.
3M ScaleGard™ HP Reverse Osmosis System is designed to be field expandable. It can easily double the RO production by adding RO and Pre-Filter Expansion heads. You can also dial in the desired level of dissolved minerals for Recipe Quality Water™ with the system’s precision blending valve.
3M ScaleGard™ HP Reverse Osmosis System runs quietly with its integrated booster pump. This also gives the system a long pump life, which helps reduce your maintenance costs for the unit. This system has a high RO efficiency capacity of up to 80% recovery (with blending), giving you high water savings. With its Sanitary Quick Change (SQC) encapsulated cartridge design, you get to change out cartridges faster and easier.
The system includes a pre-filter (Model HF90-CL-RO) and RO Membrane (Model HFRO 500). It produces 930 to 1,040 gallons of Recipe Quality Water™ per day, giving you more opportunity to create great tasting cups of coffee, espresso, or cold beverage. This also helps reduce scale build up in hot water or steam equipment.
