La Marzocco Linea PB AV, 3 Group, Volumetric Espresso Machine

The Linea PB, designed by and named in recognition of Piero Bambi, introduces a new level of performance, reliability, and craftsmanship. The machine features the iconic La Marzocco polished stainless steel body, updated with simplified lines and a lower profile, equipped with exclusive, user-friendly interface software that gives the barista direct functional control over boiler temperature, brewing volume, hot water tap dose, auto-back flush as well as other options. 

The exterior consists of painted and stainless sheet steel panels. To provide good aesthetics, to optimize ergonometric for the operator, and to reduce the chance of damage to a minimum.

Dual boilers optimize espresso brewing and steam production. This machine contains a single steam boiler with a capacity of 11 liters, and coffee boilers with a capacity of 5 liters. Dual PID (coffee and steam) allows you to electronically control coffee and steam boiler temperature.

Insulated coffee boilers allow the barista to reduce energy consumption and optimize temperature for coffee, ensuring thermal stability. Three groups are fully saturated to ensure unsurpassed thermal stability, shot after shot.

Intuitive programming makes it easy to adjust machine parameters. Baristas can set and monitor shot time, brewing temperature, group temperature, boiler pressure, and energy saving.

The rotary vane pump is installed on the water supply tubing and is set up to operate anytime the coffee groups are activated, and through an autofill system whenever the water boiler needs to be replenished.
