La Marzocco Linea PB X AV, 3 Group, Volumetric Espresso Machine

This is the advanced version of Linea PB which includes a pre-heating system, independent boilers, a hot water mixing valve accessible from the side panel, and Pro Touch steam wands. The Linea PB X features refreshed aesthetics based on the presence of barista lights as standard and white details such as logos, manometer, display lettering, and keypads. The dynamic preheater ensures unmatched temperature stability, provides steady brew water and steam even at the peak of the morning rush.

The exterior consists of painted and stainless sheet steel panels. To provide good aesthetics, to optimize ergonometric for the operator, and to reduce the chance of damage to a minimum.

Dual boilers optimize espresso brewing and steam production. This machine contains a single steam boiler with a capacity of 11 liters, and 3 coffee boilers with a capacity of 1.3 liters for each boiler. Dual PID (coffee and steam) allows you to electronically control coffee and steam boiler temperature.

Separate saturated boilers for each group head allow the barista to reduce energy consumption and optimize temperature for coffee, ensuring thermal stability. 

Intuitive programming makes it easy to adjust machine parameters. Baristas can set and monitor shot time, brewing temperature, group temperature, boiler pressure, and energy saving.

The rotary vane pump is installed on the water supply tubing and is set up to operate anytime the coffee groups are activated, and through an autofill system whenever the water boiler needs to be replenished.

The new cool touch wand is always cold, even when delivering steam. It eliminates any risk of scalding for the barista and facilitates cleaning operations because of milk encrusting lack.
