When it comes to producing a premium coffee grinding profile for optimal extraction, the burrs’ size, material, and geometry make all the difference. The E80 Supreme is equipped with supersized 80 mm special steel burrs featuring an individually developed tooth design.

The innovative (DDD) function lets you set the degree of fineness with the utmost precision and perfection. This is the first espresso grinder to feature grind adjustments based on the actual distance between the burrs. The indication allows a precision of 0.001 mm and ranges from 180 to 600 µm.

E80 Supreme features a new ultra-robust 1800 g bean hopper that is practically unbreakable. The beans hopper and adapter will never come apart during use and the integrated finger protection inside the bean hopper guarantees user safety. 

This grinder is capable of grinding at 6–7 grams per second, meaning that you get a double espresso dosed in right around 3 seconds. Even at grinding high speeds, the internal temperature is managed by an active cooling system, using two fans to regulate the temperature of the grinder and burrs to cut down on thermal expansion interfering with your grind setting.
